Each player may hold only one trendbet account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
All trendbet account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bonuses are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). trendbet accepts GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), and debit cards as approved payment methods.
All trendbet bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering conditions are met. trendbet reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time with reasonable notice.
trendbet uses certified RNG technology and monitors all gameplay for irregularities. Any attempt to exploit software bugs, use automated betting tools, or engage in collusion will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
By accessing or using the trendbet platform — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with trendbet's Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all Players regardless of their location within the Philippines, including but not limited to players in Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, Makati, Iloilo, Cagayan de Oro, and all other regions.

To register and use trendbet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
trendbet reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) trendbet account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. trendbet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. trendbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Account verification (KYC) may be required before withdrawals are processed. trendbet may request a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
All trendbet account transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). trendbet accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:
trendbet does not accept deposits or withdrawals via credit card, cryptocurrency, or any other payment method not listed above. Attempts to fund your account using prohibited payment methods will be declined and may trigger a security review.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the trendbet cashier section. trendbet reserves the right to modify these limits at any time. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and may take between one (1) and five (5) business days to process depending on the payment method selected.
trendbet reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, fraud checks, or investigation of suspected bonus abuse. Players will be notified of any such hold and given a reasonable opportunity to provide the required documentation.
trendbet offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all trendbet promotions:
Any Player found to be abusing trendbet's bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or exploitation of promotional terms — will have their bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited and their account suspended.

Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing bets.
All digital games on trendbet use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are random, fair, and independent of previous results. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are published within the game information section.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, trendbet's records shall be the definitive source of truth for determining the outcome of any affected round. trendbet will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues promptly and fairly.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on trendbet and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
trendbet cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies, including PAGCOR, in the investigation of any suspected illegal activity conducted through the platform.
All content on the trendbet platform — including but not limited to the trendbet name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of trendbet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the trendbet platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any trendbet content without prior written consent.
Any unauthorized use of trendbet's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, trendbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
trendbet's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
trendbet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the platform at their own risk. trendbet shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by service interruptions, maintenance periods, or events beyond trendbet's reasonable control.
trendbet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering on trendbet, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
trendbet will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law, as necessary to provide the services described in these Terms, or as described in the Privacy Policy. trendbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting trendbet support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
In cases of account closure due to breach of these Terms, trendbet reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account, including real-money funds, where permitted by applicable law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to trendbet's internal dispute resolution process. Players must submit a written complaint to trendbet support, and trendbet will endeavor to resolve the matter within fifteen (15) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through trendbet's internal process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR where applicable under its regulatory framework.
trendbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, trendbet will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of trendbet following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
